Valuation Surveyor

Mel has over 20 years’ experience in general practice property and is an Associate member of the RICS as well as a Registered Valuer.  She has in the past and currently works for many of the North East and Yorkshires Public & Local Authorities clients as well as the private sector.

Mel will provide expert advice and full compliant Asset inspections and general all round Residential and Commercial Valuations with intrinsic knowledge and contacts to support you with your property enquiries. Mel’s main areas of expertise includes; Asset Valuations, Insurance Valuations, Rent Reviews, Inspections and Right to Buy valuations.

As well, she is a dogmatic business manager, both here at Align Chartered Surveyors as well as for clients if required, making sure ALL the invoices and bills are paid on time, managing projects and processes to help keep us in check and complaint towards our accreditations.
