APP Surveyors

Welcome Josh!

We are thrilled to announce that Josh Wraight has joined Align Chartered Surveyors, a fantastic addition to the Commercial Agency team to add further strength in their ever growing team.

Josh began his career at Savills PLC in Oxford, completing their Degree Apprenticeship Programme in Real Estate Management with a 2:1. He specialised in Red Book valuations for leisure and trade-related assets across the UK and EU, focusing on loan security for high street banks and private equity funds. He also built a comparables database and participated in marketing initiatives, office functions, and apprentice days.

Transitioning to South East London, Josh provided sales, lettings, acquisition, and strategic consultancy services to diverse clients, including Royal London Asset Management, The Old Royal Naval College, Lewisham Council, and Greenwich Council. His focus was on industrial, retail, and office sectors in South & South East London Boroughs and Northern Kent. Josh contributed to company events, developed a new website, oversaw a CRM system change, and modernized marketing approaches.

At Align Chartered Surveyors, Josh focuses on the North Midlands and Yorkshire, working mainly with North Yorkshire Council. He provides disposal and lettings services to maximize asset potential and works with private clients, including high-net-worth individuals and care sector developers. His work includes land sales and strategy reporting.

We are excited to have Josh on board and look forward to his contributions. Welcome, Josh!
