Graduate Surveyor (1st year)

Jack completed his studies at Northumbria University, Newcastle in 2022. Upon attaining his MSc in Real Estate, Jack joined us at APP in September of the same year.

Prior to studying Real Estate and joining APP, Jack previously worked for a property developer and a large North West Local Authority and uses this varied experience to benefit the APP Estates & Valuation team. He has commenced his graduate APC training and with hard work he is aiming to become a Chartered Surveyor within 2 years.

Jack currently is supporting day-to-day Mark Tyler and the Valuation team. He is leading on Asset inspections, reviews and valuations alongside providing his expert knowledge on Development Appraisals. Jack when required, assists the Agency department as and when there are Northern requirements and disposals as he is based out of our Durham office.
