Apprentice Surveyor (Agency)
Kelsey is from Newcastle bringing with her recent experiences working for one of the World’s largest Car Companies based in the North East. She joined the team in August 2022, and is now studying towards her degree in BSc (Hons) Real Estate Management (online) at the University College of Estate Management (UCEM) in Reading, as part of our parent company (APP) leading apprenticeship schemes.
After completing her first year as UCEM’s top student group, Kelsey looks forward to developing her knowledge of all aspects Surveying over the next four years and ultimately completing her APC at the end of the course.
Kelsey is initially working alongside Chris & Daniel during her rotation in the Agency department and is learning all about commercial agency and negotiating skills required in this fast paced environment. She also assists with Right to Buy and Care Act valuations, alongside Mark Tyler when required within the Estates & Valuation team.
She has in the past supported family members in the residential property industry and would like to develop her career further in Commercial General Practice Surveying with Align Chartered Surveyors and enjoys helping all clients no matter how big or small.
